This year we have three, count 'em, three food/beer tents in which comestible delicacies will be available for sale, paired with beers for your tasting pleasure:
Chuy Arzola’s
The Original Chuy Arzola's Tex-Mex Restaurant opened in Dogtown in 1989.
Now in the Central West End, and under the culinary leadership of chef extraordinaire Chris Lee, Chuy Arzola’s is still offering the old Tex-Mex favorites you have grown to love, along with some new items that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Try them paired with beers from Cathedral Square Brewery in the Chuy Arzola’s/Cathedral Square Food Tent.
Fandango's
This Sports Bar & Grill in Kirkwood offers a selection of 10 flavors of their famous chicken wings (they have 22 flavors). Try them with your choice of Goose Island beers in the Fandango’s/Goose Island Food Tent.
L’École Culinaire
The chefs at L’École Culinaire serve up pork specialties at the Microfest this year. You’ll want to try pairing them with a selection of fine Schlafly beers in the L’École Culinaire/Schlafly Food Tent.
